”Dark Times” with Jenny Brockmann, Berlin
Hannah Arendt is one of the most influential and important political theorists of the 20th century. Her writings are imbued with the belief that we humans live in dark times, which she also regards as a unique opportunity for humanity.
The exhibition Dark Times examines the attitudes of certain moments in real time. Of concern is the current historical moment and the unique role that art plays within it, with leaps in time and space, during which various narratives are integrated into a structured or controlled chaos.
