The installation “Alignment” consists of three interlocking arranged round rooms same proportion but with different scale, of which the outer has a diameter of 7 meters with a ceiling height of 2.8 meters, the next a diameter of 5 m and a wall height of 2 meters, and finally the innermost has a diameter of 2.8 meters and a wall height of 1.12 meters.

Openings (doors) connect the rooms together. The doors close and open in accordance with the movement of the visitor. This is achieved via sensors that track how people move in the rooms and a controller which steers the positions of the doors. The viewer is interactively involved in the rooms and their shape and thus part of the installation.
